We offer P.O.S.T. certified background investigations of law enforcement officers.  We have developed our own Personal History Statements (PHS) for Firefighters, Paramedics and civilian personnel.  Our background service is streamlined for screening applicant's for positions of sworn and non-sworn government service, and includes city and county employment positions.  This includes crime analysts, community service officers, parking enforcement officers, and communications dispatchers.  We also offer a Internal Support Staff background of Information technology, janitorial and other civilian personnel with access to confidential information within a law enforcement agency.

On-line questionnaires with "IP address tracking," recorded video conference of PHS interviews for applicant’s that are out of the area, POBITS background database and reporting, and your choice of a hard copy or our progressive paperless background report.  This encrypted report enables your staff to view the report sent by e-mail in full screen.  The background reports can then be stored on department servers opposed to a file cabinet.  This will allow staff to collaborate with all members of the review committee when the password protected document is sent to all members at the same time.  The background can then be signed with a digital signature.  Our innovative process generates faster results and on average the background is completed in four weeks without compromise.  We continue to improve the archaic industry processes that delay backgrounds causing loss of personnel to other departments.  We will work with your departments representative to understand your needs and customize a process that is compliant with your department SOP.
